Exterior Paint and Repair
Benjie in The BeachWe requested quotes to complete the exterior painting of our home before the winter. We found all of the companies on Home Stars and Massimo clearly distinguished himself from the rest. He was extremely responsive, knowledgable (noted areas that may need more work - which I knew but did not mention when I reached out), and committed to complete the assignment before it got too cold. He was slgihtly more expensive than others, but the service and quality of work was well worth the difference. The place looks amazing and I'm very comfortable it will last (I know his team sanded, primed, caulked and layered in two additional coats of paint - other say they will do things - his team did all and worked into the weekend to get ti done). Thanks for the great work Massimo and team.

Condo renovation

He had no problems with the terms of my contract that stressed a very specific completion date. The project was completed exactly on time. and I now have a beautiful condo! I would definitely recommend Executive Touch.

Exterior paint job
David in TorontoI'm not one to write reviews but given that I found Executive Touch on Homestars I thought it is my turn to share. Massimo and his team did a terrific job. Not only was their paint work great, Massimo communicated before, during and after to ensure my neighbour and I had what we needed and were happy with the service. The other benefit of ET is that they repaired a number of small items (fence post, rotting boards) for a nominal fee. When getting quotes - they were the only ones who provided this option. As a homeowner who has dealt with a number issues over the years, it is great to meet a trustworthy and passionate business owner who will do what it takes to earn your business and referral. I would be comfortable to refer Massimo and his team to any friend of mine. Thanks.

Interior painting
Paul in East yorkI phoned Executive Touch because the other company I had called didn't even bother to show up for the quote. They missed the appointment, and I never heard from them again. Massimo not only showed up on short notice, but he was early (which when you have a 2 year old is much appreciated). Massimo & crew did a perfect job painting the main floor of our house. Clean lines, job done on time, appointments kept, cost laid out up front, furniture moved, walls repaired. As painless as painting can get. I think you pay a slight premium for Executive Touch, but it seems to be worth it. Also, Massimo gave us a quote up front, and stuck to it. Something came up during the job, and Massimo phoned me right away to outline how much extra it would cost, and gave me the option to get it done or not (I opted not to, and he was OK with that). I think most people are OK with things costing a bit of money, as long everything is transparent and honest, which I must say Massimo is. All in all, great job. Would use them again.

Painting Renovation
Skinner in AuroraIf you are looking for a higher standard of workmanship, flawless, showroom quality painted home I would highly recommend Executive Touch. We recently contacted Massimo to quote painting the main level and 2nd floor of our 5000 sq ft home and could not have been happier with the results. With the challenge of 22ft high ceilings and our choice of very deep wall colours and cream crown moulding, his crew completed a flawless job right on schedule. Massimo and his crew were a pleasure to work with, friendly, respectful and very professional. They went the extra mile to help with things outside of the quoted job (like putting very heavy ceiling to floor curtains back up on the 22ft high wall among other things) They arrived promptly on the scheduled start date and even with a few additional unexpected setbacks, worked through the weekend and finished on the promised completion date. There were no surprises or additional charges just a great professional job that left our home looking like a show piece. Massimo even followed up with a phone call after the job was completed and paid for to make sure we were happy with end results. A little more expensive than others maybe but in the end cheaper paint jobs end up looking like cheap paint jobs. Executive Touch leaves your home headache free and exactly as you had envisioned. Worthwhile to pay a little extra for the end result. Thank you Massimo, to you and your crew for an amazing job. We will not hesitate to refer you on to our friends or have you back for future work.

Emanuela in North YorkIt's been pleasure to work with Massimo during our renovation project. We decided after many years to paint most of our house: from the beginning of the project to the end, Massimo and his crew have been very professional, all the furniture was moved and handled with care and after 10 days our walls looked better than ever! Massimo also showed his skills into converting a rough ceiling to a flat one and I have to admit the end result is great.
