George the owner came out the same day I phoned to do an estimate -- however, once the date was established, the installer came two hours late and didn't call. He was also going to install a doorsweep at no charge which he forgot to bring with him. All this said, the workmanship was good, with great attention to detail.

We just moved into a new house that had been completely renovated and wanted to have the locks changed. The contractors had also done a shoddy job installing the doors and I didn't feel safe. After our neighbour's home was robbed in broad daylight, my husband and I constantly worried that we would be next. I found Eagle Doors Lock through Google and contacted them to replace a deadbolt. After George visited my office and gave me an estimate to replace the deadbolt, at which time I mentioned some of the other concerns I had with security. George gave a detailed plan of what hardware and labour would be required to address the problems. George replaced the old door with a solid wood door and replaced the old hinges with heavy duty ones. He reinforced the door frame and modified the door for two high security deadbolts and explained the (BIG) difference between regular lock and key versus the superior deadbolt products he installed. What I found to be great about Eagle Doors and Lock was that the quote was accurate before any work was completed and there was no extra billing for travel time or part pickup. Excellent service, very reasonable price (George work within my budget) and a great security solution provider! Very reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy company.

since my neighbor front door(with steel door) was busted open and burglarized, I did a thorough research to find someone who knows how fortified my door frame,the door and also to ensure the lock can NOT be picked or duplicate. I came across George (Eagle door locksmith) who came to address those problems. He did a fantastic job including adjusting the door and ensuring there is no air leak(draft). I strongly recommend George to secure your house. REMEMBER, IT IS NOT JUST THE LOCK BUT THE DOOR JAM AND THE DOOR FRAME IS IMPORTANT.

George came to our new home through the week exactly when he said he would to re-key our new house. The previous owners had only left us the key to the front door. The old locks were also cheap disasters, and he quickly and efficiently replaced them both with much more solid ones, and he explained everything very patiently, including pointing out several other potential problem areas I should keep an eye out for. Everything went fine, but I think I should have gotten a couple quotes first when it comes down to it; $450 for two new locks seems excessive!
