CHERRY AND HOYLE - answered the phone the first time I called. Were interested in my business despite the fact that all I required was the replacement of a few shingles. Dave was exceptionally helpful answering my questions, had a crew out in a couple of hours to provide quote that was within my budget. His crew not only fixed my issue the very same day I called, they went over and above by checking the entire roof, pro-actively re-caulked around vents and skylight and even removed a number of lacrosse balls lodged in the rain gutters by my kids! Dave followed up with me as soon as his crew had completed the work and gave me some insights as to longevity of my existing roof. Was extremely pleased with all aspects of my service experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Dave is a very professional and easy guy to work with - he even helped find houses in the neighbourhood that he though had a good look with the colours they used. I got a quote quickly and work started on time and without any delay. His crew were quick and tidy and they even took a bunch of my basement reno trash into their bin for me. Overall, a great experience and a great new roof. Also did my shed to match.

I hired this company because the estimator (John Glynn) took a problem-solving approach to my home. His goal was not only to replace my roof but also to solve all leakage problems (due to attic circulation problems, poorly installed fans, missing downspouts), prevent animal entry and, in general, to ensure I would never need to use his warranty. I also hired this firm because the Certainteed shingles were preferred by contractors (on contractors' websites I looked at) and had a great guarantee that is transferable to subsequent owners if I move. The shingles also look great. The crew was professional and polite. This was not the cheapest bid but I feel you get what you pay for and I am happy with what I got. I think this new roof definitely adds value to my home.
