We had Lincoln Property Maintenance take care of some fence adjustments that needed to be made on the inside portion of neighbouring fences. Ian was incredibly professional, pleasant, responsive and flexible. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others!

Had several jobs iof outdoor furniture and large fire table. I had 2 other jobs that we did not end up doing. Ians advice was really good and we decided against doing a couple things because it could have caused damage later. We live near the lake so super windy here a lot. I really appreciated his advice and made sense. Will definitely use again.

I think I found my “go to” handyman!

Ian did a great job with the requested door hinge repair and reinforcements. He also helped to fix some odd items around the house and answered any questions we had. He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely give him a call if we need any future repairs around the house.

Any enquiries or concerns I had were addressed. All work completed satisfactorily. Additional lattice repair also provided. Ian was very pleasant, professional and accommodating.
