They are an amazing company. Very responsive. Lorans was very informative and tried his best to fix the issue. What originally we thought was an air conditioning issue was actually the furnace not working. He put gas in, serviced the air conditioner and even tried to fix the furnace but that didn't work. Now we have to get a new furnace.

Lorans was honest, helpful, professional and a very hard worker. Instead of pushing to buy a new Furnace/AC like the previous 2 HVAC guys I got he helped by ordering me a new motor and now my old furnace and ac are running again. I told Lorans due to his work he will be handling all my rental properties as I have now changed my HVAC contact to Elite Air Quality. Amazing company, amazing worker, best of luck brother.

From my first inquiry up until the end of the job, the Elite team were friendly, knowledgable and consistently communicative about the process. The first site visit was quick and efficient and answered all of my quesitons. I received a quote came that evening and the work was done two days later. The installation team were well prepared and very adaptable to the specifics of my living situation, keeping in touch at every step of the way. They were polite and respectful of my home and, after the job was finished, tested the equipment thoroughly and disposed of the previous unit and all of the new packaging. Before leaving they did a final sweep and answered all remaining questions. This was a very positive experience and I will definitely work with Elite again when the time comes.

I called this service in for my house in Brampton for my AC heater issue. I had some bad experience before where people are spamming me as coming in for service just to collect the fake diagnosis charge and making thing worse.
Since I hadn't have any prior experience before with this company, I was little reluctant to call at first. Luckily, I got ended up with very nice service which is 100% percent satisfaction.

My Alzheimer’s affected, elderly mother had her furnace break down in below zero weather. Lorans was quick to answer my call and to make her service call his priority!
