Nordik Windows And Doors

Fred and Frank re installed my new front doors which had been leaking from the start. They had been improperly installed by a different sub contractor and Fred and Frank went above and beyond to make things right. I am very grateful.
I highly recommend them.

On time,came prepared covered work area with rug to protect the floor,took old door away added a new spacer then installed new door and trim. The installers made sure all scrap,dirt and dust was removed. The workers were very professional, polite and answered all questions.I would recommend them and would use Nordik again.Thanks Don.

When we started our journey to find a door company who could manufacture and install what we were looking for, we had a picture of an English, Victorian style door/side light combo that was perfect for our house. We spoke with several companies that told us they could not deliver the configuration we were looking for. When Nordik came to review and quote, they told us they could do it. They gave us an number of options which we considered but, in the end, we selected our original ask. Our sales rep was great to deal with while we explored the options and advise he gave us. While the process took longer than expected/predicted, we ended up with exactly what we asked for and, received a free upgrade to a fiberglass door. We are very pleased. I can't say enough great things about the installation crew as well. They did an exceptional job of dealing with some unforeseen installation challenges related to the builder framing and brickwork. In the end, they did an exceptional job of getting the product in and looking fabulous.

I am very pleased with the work Nordik did on our new windows. The salesperson was great and worked with us within our budget. The installation coordinator was also wonderful and scheduled us in on a day that worked for us. On the day of the installation, the guys showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They took all the old windows away and didn't leave any mess outside. They cleaned up inside, too! I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and would highly recommend Nordik again.

Couple of years ago we noticed our windows needed replacing.Went with Nordik as their salesperson seemed most knowledgeable and committed.We dont regret that descision.The crew showed up and went to work and did a great job! At the peak of the tear down my partner looked at a gaping hole in the back of our house and the crew leader assured her don't worry its going to be beautiful and he was absolutely right.Great work and attention to detail from a great crew.We are very satisfied with the work they did and the companies communication as a whole.I highly recommend them.

my windows got installed over 2 days. They fit like a dream and look great! The installers Daniel & Habib were experienced and efficient clearing all the mess after. And I must say that of all the companies that we got quotes from, Nordik was the only one that was confident about the installation without removing my California shutters and they did it with great care and zero damage to the frame or paint - That is a BIG plus! Unfortunately the patio door wasnt ready until after a week but in the end it all worked out! Shoutout to Teresa who rescheduled our patio appointment seamlessly.

Great service and installation. Arrived faster than told wait time would. Rick and team were very courteous and left everything very clean.

Paid full prive, waited 6 months for installation, came with defects which are still not fixed after other 6 months of calls and emails.
