Waheed is a kind, honest man who is definitely good at what he does. Our initial contact was in July when we gave up trying to get rid of the mice ourselves with store bought methods. We called Pesticon and they were able to send someone that same day. Waheed worked quickly and let us know that we had a pretty bad infestation, but it's nothing that couldn't be fixed. We definitely saw the number of mice go down and we thought it was taken care of. Recently we saw a couple of mice running around and decided to call Pesticon again (Waheed let us know that in the colder months the mice may come back to shelter themselves from the cold weather) and Waheed again came the next day. He refilled all our traps and made sure all the areas we saw the mice were taken care of. He did not charge us for this second visit which shows how much he values the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to call Pesticon again if we ever have another problem, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
