Such a disappointing company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst customer service ever. I had a new build home in which the drawer under the cooktop wouldn't close because it wasn't sized properly. I was also missing a cabinet door and had one cabinet door that was cracked. I called numerous times to no avail. Their customer service is horrible. I'm still waiting to have these issues rectified. In the meantime, I have a 3 yr old who has bumped her head on this protruding drawer a few times. With so many kitchen companies out there, QTK is not worth it.
