In closing - house was not a move in condition

Milton

On closing date went to pick up the keys, interior construction was not complete, 3 construction people were working inside, house was so dusty and clouded with cement dust.

It was not move in condition. After closing we our key to construction guys to complete all unfinished works.

Mattamy handles the closing so unprofessional way. Quality of build is unprofessional (paint, tiles, stairs, kitchen cabinets) seems like a theyre using cheap labours.

Great Experience!

Moving & Storage review in

Weve had a great experience with Mattamy Homes since we started the process of buying our first home, until after closing, the house was delivered to us on time and all the staff has been fantastic! The house is lovely, quality, finishes, we love everything about the whole experience!
Would definitely recommend! :)

Although I do not dwell in the unit 510, and did not get the chance to actually see the finished work or take photo(s), I got confirmation from Warranty Manager that the work was completed properly. I trust her email.
