I had a water damage in the kitchen that affected the floor, I had an excellent experience with Shield, since they promptly did the emergency cleanup and then the coordination with the insurance, then planning to execution of the repairs, they took care of everything and were always available to answer any question I had during the process. Im very happy with the quality of the work and will definitely call them again when needed.
