Both springs of the garage door mechanism broke yesterday. I did a quick search on Homestars and found this recommended repair service. Alon the technician arrived next morning as promised. While having new shingles installed a mother racoon exited through open vent hole. Roofing completed in a day, and that night racoon came back, tore apart new vent and entered attic. Found TSR on Homestars site and after talking to them they arrived within 2 hours as promised. The two workers were friendly and worked fast and hard. Within an hour pulled 4 cubs from attic. They then installed a one way door on the open vent hole. And I also purchased 8 vent cages (extra $) that they made and installed over all air vents. It was clearly explained to me that the babies are left in a tall bucket in yard, and that the mother and perhaps with remaining baby would would exit after dark through one way door, find babies and leave property. This is exactly what happened and all has been quiet since. Today roofer will remove one way door, install new vent and install remaining cage. Door will be picked up by TSR during week. This job was a complete success and with confidence I recommend TSR Pest Control. Cheers Derek
