From start to finish this experience was effortless. Amir, who was our first point of contact was professional and very knowledgeable. He set up our appointment and 2 days later we had a new water heater. The two gentlemen (Sam and his partner) came right on time. They, too, were very nice and respectful. I went with the cheapest installer I found and later the more research I did, I realized that 90 percent of the contractors needed training, because they knew nothing about heat pumps. I learned it the hard way, my installer abandoned me, too many service calls and he didn't know what to do.

The installer did an excellent job in installing my hot water tank. He also was able to repair a minor drainage problem I was experiencing not related to the install and offered suggestions on improving the overall layout

Ontario Air Services was very helpful. Ian was transparent and listened to our needs and provided good recommendation for the type of heat pump, and furnace. Installation by Ali and Mehdi was efficient. They were able to complete the installation neatly and left the premises clean and tidy. Overall, very good experience throughout the entire process from providing quotes to installation.

They did an excellent job replacing our 19 year old furnace. Their quote was competitive and their installation was above reproach. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home furnace.
