The windows look very nice and installer was friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to others.

Great experience all around. Knowledgeable sales team. Great installation. They really knew what they were doing. And the install manager came but an hour after the guys left and checked everything. He made one small adjustment and made everything perfect.

I previously used Nordyk, so when squirrels started eating the window frame of my office, it was time to replace it. We matched style and colour to the previous Nordyk windows, and we are extremely satisfied with the result. No hesitation in recommending Nordyk products, I am super pleased.

We placed an order for a new front door on June21, 2023 with Daniel. We were changing the transom from a half moon to a rectangle. Daniel measured the space and said he would come back in a couple weeks to confirm the measurements which he did. Both times we offered to remove the interior trim but both times he declined.
We prepped the opening, squaring off the transom area, tarping it over, but waited till the installation day to remove the door. The prep required us to remove the brick above the door and the underside aluminum from the porch roof.
Sept 27th the crew came to install the door but before removing the existing door, we measured the new door. It was both too tall and too wide.
We were given options to not have a transom and/or remove something inside the door to allow it to fit. We rejected both those option. The manager Jeff said he could have a rush on an a new door would be available in 3 weeks.
They also said it was our fault because we signed: the contract. I am pretty sure customers do not verify that the representative from the company has measured correctly or even knows where to begin. The salesperson also told the manager that we changed the opening size which was not true. We only squared it off, keeping the same height and width.
Instead of 3 weeks for the replacement door, it was just shy of 2 months. November 21st. By this time it was too late to replace the brick because it was too cold for the mortar to set. This meant we had heat loss all winter and left our home open to animals all winter. Not to mention a total eyesore.
We asked for some compensation for the inconvenience, stress and expense. They refused, even though the salesperson admitted that he was financially penalized for the error.

We were not asking for a lot. A couple hundred bucks would have gone a long way to keeping us happy and satisfied.
We do not recommend Nordik Windows at all as the do not know how to treat customers at all.

Very satisfied so far with supply and installation of windows .Installation team led by Walter impressed me by remeasuring all windows prior to taking out any of the old windows.Attention to keeping house protected from excessive debris and dust was appreciated.Walter led his team professionally and treated the job like he was installing them at his own home. Some minor scratches occurred but we're addressed appropriately right away.Trim work was exceptional and the whole job finished in 1 1/2 days.The windows seem to keep out the majority of heat and time will tell what difference they make to energy
ills going forward .Only question is about the patio door which is only double pane and may not provide same energy savings as the rest of triple pane windows. We will see this winter.

Nordik replaced two bay windows, two bathroom windows and a balcony door, and also installed some vinyl cladding on the exterior around the bay windows. This work was all done within one day, and that was scheduled one and a half months after the deposit was taken, which is very quick compared to past experiences with other companies. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the door, and very pleased with how efficient the installers were. They also cleaned up after themselves and checked my driveway for loose nails and splinters before they left which was a nice touch.

Over the past few years I have met with a number of different window and door companies and their representatives. By FAR, Giuliano, Nordik's rep, has been the best. He has been the most professional person to deal with. He is knowledgeable and entirely willing and able to explain the products and services Nordik offers. Never was he impatient or pushy, never was he late or unprepared. He kept his appointment times and has phenomenal communication skills. I've placed my order with him and trust that the rest of the process will go smoothly with his help. I will update this review as the installation process goes forward. Thanks so much, Giuliano!

After having a bad experience with another company we found Nordik. The sales person and installers were all great to deal with. They worked with in our budget and timeline. One thing we wish we had been more knowledge on was the vinyl window frames as our custom blinds needed some creativity to reinstall and one set no longer worked at all. Not a problem as we were able to fix it but just something to think about ahead of time.

Nordik install 5 windows, two in front , two in back and one double window front. Install went smooth, well managed by Nordik from sales team, install team. Great job. Recommend Nordik.
