We had our old water softener tank on us and needed it replaced ASAP! Steve came very highly recommended, and he is a very polite, clean and knowledgable technician. Steve efficiently drained down our line, removed our old unit and installed our new water softener with no issues. Thanks for the incredible service Steve!

Our kitchen sink was plugged and I tried a bunch to DIY and couldn't solve it. Called Stefano, he was prompt and professional. Showed up at the time agreed. He quickly cleared the grease clog down the pipe and also found another problem - a wayward plastic utensil. He also fixed a couple of other leaks as well.

Today I had Stefano replace the kitchen faucet and assess the bathroom faucet. After taking time to take apart the bathroom tap, he determined there was no problem but suggested I purchase two cartridges, if the brand can be determined, for down the road. SRK did a great job with our small kitchen reno, relocating our kitchen sink and replacing all the water lines in the house with PEX quickly and at a reasonable cost. Stefano and his team visited the site twice to quote the job in detail and answered my many questions patiently. Our plumbing is a mix of copper, pex, old cast iron and ABS and they gave us options at different price levels to integrate our updates into that system without pushing us to do more than we wanted. The work was completed on time and we are happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!
