He arrived promptly for our appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaky tub & shower cartridge. A previous unlicensed plumber did an incomplete job with the bathtub cartridge installation and just wanted me to renovate the whole bathroom before he can fix the leak. Jeff explained the problems and benefits clearly and provided a detailed estimate for all the repairs and installations. He installed a new toilet I purchased two years ago and a new kitchen faucet-mine was leaking like a shower. He completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I would hire The Great Plumbing Co. again for any future needs.
