particular (Mercier Mist Red Oak) engineered wood. Roy was professional and very knowledgeable about the wood, suppliers, installation and they had plenty of selection. He was able to offer me a very competitive price and quick delivery. Cognizant of my tight schedule Roy tracked the delivery giving me regular updates. The flooring arrived on time and the wood looks stunning - completely transformed my house. . I had to order some additional wood urgently and Dov also stepped in to enable a quick delivery.
