We were having an issue with a shower leak from our second floor bathroom. Val responded to our request promptly and came to our home the next day. He investigated the issue, providing an excellent explanation of what was happening. He also took a look at an additional problem we were having in another bathroom which he diagnosed quickly, again with an excellent explanation. He fixed both issues very quickly.
