We ordered kitchen counter granite product and installation.
They didn’t deliver on time we had to Waite a week after scheduled appointment.
The installation was not professional, alignment, there are line of cracks on the edges facing black splash.

Hey Jagadish, we will respond as well here as we did on our google page, We are sorry that your experience with us was not what you expected. However, I will like to clarify a few things. Firstly, the piece of granite that broke happened as our installers were loading the truck. It was a long angled piece with a sink cut out and as our clamp picked up the slab to load it on the truck, the weight was not properly balanced so the piece unfortunately broke. Following this setback, we were quick to turn around the replacement piece for installation. You were satisfied with the job. days later you started to mention that there were gaps behind the counter, we explained if walls are not even there will be a very minimal gap that WILL be covered when you add your backsplash, you agreed and 2 hours later called saying there are cracks everywhere. As we explained, and are sure to educate all of our customers, there is a difference between naturally occurring fissures and cracks. Cracks are uneven and usually have chips around the surface. Fissures in natural stone are very common. I even invited you back to our showroom to see the same slabs you selected to show you again that they all have these fissures, as highlighted when you originally made your selection/purchase. Our team does our absolute best to avoid these fissure and if they are unavoidable then we try to place them in areas of the job that can be hidden ( as we did) I offered a few solutions that we could provide but your only response was that you wanted all of your money back . Again, we sincerely apologize that our service was not satisfactory for you. We aim to provide the most excellent customer service and carry our business with high standards.
