Kaayla is a true professional at what she does. Our walk-in shower started showing signs of mold a couple of years ago. We ended up hiring a company with a cheaper quote to come in and it was an absolute disaster. Kaayla came yesterday and undid all of awful work the previous company left. She spent around 6 hours removing all of the old caulking from the floor tiles, wall tiles and glass and removing/treating all the mold prior to applying new caulking. Now our shower looks brand new!!
My lesson is that you get what you pay for. Kaayla may not be the cheapest but she puts pride in her work and the end result speaks for itself. I definitely will be calling Axia in the future if I ever need to get my shower re-caulked again.
