During a routine service call to check the furnace for the upcoming winter, the Kelly's technician determined that we needed a new boiler. Within an hour of being informed of this issue, we received a call asking if a technician could come to the house, assess what type of furnace was needed and review the options with my husband and me. By the end of the day, I had rec'd a quote for the cost of replacing and installing a new unit. 9 days later, the team from Kelly's arrived with the new unit at 8:30 a.m. and by 5 p.m. our new boiler was installed. The whole procedure went very smoothly, any concerns were addressed immediately and the experience overall confirmed that we will use Kelly's for all our future heating and air conditioning needs.
