Didn't listen very well. Designed a cabinet against a window and needed me to mention it.
During installation, they were off two feet and when we saw it, we had to tell them to dismantle what they had done and re-start from the beginning.
Sent sink and faucet details including dimensions etc. but they ignored my information until the counter people said the cabinet wasn't built correctly. They did replace the cabinet but it had to be bumped out from the rest of the cabinet run.
Last, the hinge on a bottom cabinet cane off in 2010 and they said they couldn't come out until they re-opened due to COVID regulations but they wouldn't come out after they opened for months. I volunteered to pay for the hinges and have my courier pick them up. I wanted everything to look the same in my expensive custom kitchen. After two email reminders, which was basically my entire experience working with them, I finally gave up.
Very frustrating working with them and I won't bother going back for any more problems.
