The technician did fix the problem of a clogged drain, but not after what I would consider much unnecessary 'extras' and time. There was no clearcut estimate from the start, and charges just kept piling up. I will not use this company again. My suggestion for those who are experiencing clogged drains - call
a drain clearing company right off, and forego a "gold medal" plumber.

Our pricing is always upfront and must be approved by the customer before any work is ever done by our technicians. In some cases clearing a drain may not be as clear cut as simply snaking the drain. If there are other issues causing a blocked drain, then it's usually extra to rectify the problem. An example of this is to rebuild a drain for example.
