Masonry repair on foundation and window sills
We are very pleased with the repair Steve and Samantha completed on our stone window sills and stress cracks at the corner of the foundation. The estimate provided a clear detailed description of what the job entailed. The window sill joints were ground out and partially filled with masonry then finished with polymeric caulking. Steve also repaired stress cracks in the foundation wall. A few bricks had to be removed, a corner section of concrete cut above and below grade, the section was formed and replaced with poured concrete. The brick was replaced, mortared and the interlock replaced and filled with polymeric sand.
The work executed was professional and meticulous. We highly recommend Clayson Construction and are looking forward to having Steve and Samantha return in 2022 to stucco the foundation walls.
