I was impressed with Steve, the owner of SMC-Masonary from my very first telephone call to him. This was followed up with an onsite visit to our home and follow up calls during and after the repointing of our home was completed. The whole process was completed within 8 days! His workers did a fine job and even did more repairs than our contract outlined. There was no doubt that customer satisfaction and trying to meet the high expecations of Steve were foremost in the minds of the workers.
