Rob is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His inspection of my home included the roof, internal and external structures as well as key areas such as plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. All concerns were outlined and prioritized in a report which included photos, details and corrective action. He was also good enough to emphasize and elaborate on the more immediate concerns.
