Our long-time alarm technician retired and we needed a new battery pack for our alarm/smoke alarm system. Protection Plus answered all my questions before I booked a service call. We were not on-site on the day of the service but the technician followed all of our instructions to get access to our property with help from the neighbour. He also called me a few times during the service appointment with updates and very kindly reinstalled an old sensor on the patio door.
