I highly recommend DSM Property Services. The entire process was easy, no headaches, and very educational to boot. The inspector encouraged me to be there for the inspection and I am definitely grateful for that. It provided insight into my purchase that I would not have had if I had just read the report, even though the report was very thorough, detailed and clear. There is just a big difference between reading a document and actually seeing everything the document contains. Vito has a lot of knowledge in construction and I was able to benefit from that. I felt very comfortable with my decision to purchase the home based on this inspection as it was very obvious the inspection was done by someone qualified and also passionate about the work he does.
