Window Installation in Essex Area
I have a mixed review (star rating) based on the difference between the product (excellent) and the installation service (horrible experience) in the Essex area. I rated the company very high because Clera makes an excellent product and Rita in customer service is absolutely outstanding! When I called Rita to share a negative experience my husband and I had in Essex, Rita recognized the issues and she was highly supportive. Clera Windows is very fortunate to have Rita in customer service because she is nothing short of AMAZING! We have had windows installed in both Durham Region and Essex County and are very happy with the windows
from Clera. I would only recommend Clera Windows in Durham Region and NOT the Essex area because the window installation in Essex was the worst experience we have ever had.
