3 of the 6 windows installed had issues - from broken frames, to no caulking and in once case replacing the wrong window! I notified Welda right away, but they invoiced me in full 3 days later anyway. 2 weeks later they have still not contacted me to fix the issues. Not sure what has happened to the quality of this company.
