Amazing service from start to finish! Gabriel and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Gabriel provided me with various different options for my home alarm system all at a very competitive price. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He believes in the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with his clients by providing exceptional customer service. So much so that they are your point of contact even after installation is complete. That is to say, that if you have any issues/questions about anything pertaining to your alarm system you contact Gabriel directly as opposed to having to contact the monitoring station (as other alarm companies do). He truly cares about his clients. The alarm system that was installed has been great. It meets all our needs, is super easy to use and has been working well (we’ve had it for about a month). As an added bonus, the monitoring station they use is also highly rated (but as I said all communication is done via Gabriel). I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an alarm system!!
