Protection Plus

We needed to replace all the deadbolts and some loose doorhandles on our exterior doors, including replacing a defective electronic keypad. Our doors are older and some were also out of alignment and difficult for our kids to open. Brian came and gave us a thorough and clear estimate for the work, including a detailed list of the recommended parts that exactly matched our requirements. John came and did a great job with the lock replacements and also realigning the tricky doors. When one old door wasn't the right size for the electronic lock, the team re-keyed the existing lock so it would work with our new keys, helped us to identify a lock that would work, and came back promptly to swap it out. Everything works great. High level of professionalism throughout the process, including adhering to public health rules. Would definitely work with Protection Plus again.
