I ordered their protector package, along with overseeding and granular compost. My lawn has never been worse. They claim it takes two years for your lawn to improve, so I gave them a chance, expecting at least modest improvement after the first year. I wasn't expecting miracles. The reverse happened, and my lawn was materially worse. There were brown and dead spots all over.
They recommended I hire them back again the following year, but why would I pay even more money after a failed attempt the first year?

I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service Brian. For some reason my response to your review did not post earlier in the year. I still would like to be able to make things right for you. It does indeed take 2 years to see results with organic lawn care when taking over thin, neglected and weedy lawns, and requires active partnership.
If somehow we failed, we like to know and fix it.
