This is our second renovation with the Home Improvement People. They did our basement 5 years ago and we were impressed and so we decided to go with them again for the revonation of our second floor. This included removing the existing popcorn ceiling/insulation and a total gut of our ensuite and main bathrooms. Larry was the project leader this time. He was easy to talk to and very prompt in his communication. His sub trades were professional and also easy to get along with.
For the most part the reno was completed on time. There were a lot of factors (COVID/supplies issues) beyond anyones control that delayed it just a bit. There were other unexecpted problems that were discovered during the demolition (rotting exterior wall). Larry was able to line people up to fix it as soon as possible..
