We found radon in our basement where our daughter hangs out. Mark’s an excellent communicator and got back to me right away to explain options around what was going on. He and is partner Mike came to install the remediation device and were courteous and professional. The device itself is tucked away unobtrusively in our basement and mark has assured after service if anything goes wrong in the future.
Highly recommend and will be telling my neighbours (who have kids too) to verify their basements with the device mark left with us.
