Bad smell outside coming from a newly purchased rental. Thought it was related to septic which had been recently pumped prior to sale.
Called Haydens and they had a few thoughts that the seal on the pumpout may not have been resealed. They were correct and fixed the issue.
A few days later tenants reported a bad smell now emanating from inside of the home. Haydens returned to find that the seal on the basement toilet was compromised and proceeded to replace the seal, clean up the pipes and fixed the issue.

Great response time, very friendly and knowledgeable. None of the large costs that come with some of the large chain plumbing companies.

Fantastic experience and will be calling them first for all future plumbing issues.
