I was horrified to find my bathtub dripping so much that it filled an entire glass in a few hours.
I called New Canadian Plumbing early on Saturday morning, and my call was answered right away by a very friendly and sympathetic receptionist. She gave me an appointment time for that same afternoon.
The technician, Mark, arrived even sooner than I had hoped. Mark was polite, patient ( I had,a few questions!) and utterly competent.
He explained what needed to be done, and got to work. He finished quickly, and left my bathroom in a very clean state.
I will definitely call New Canadian again with any future problems.
