A previous contractor came in, dug up my yard, charged me thousands of dollars, and left my property with open excavations and the service not reinstated. TerraBurst was very sympathetic to my situation and scheduled my home as an emergency repair. They came in and completed the repairs for a fraction of the project's value and even replaced both my sewer and water line to ensure I wouldn't have any other issues come up. The crew members were exceptional, polite, and kept me up to speed on the progress of the entire process. It was amazing to witness the pipe bursting technique that eliminated the need for trenching. They left our residence neat and tidy and even cleaned up the previous contractor's open excavations and mess. They continue to be incredibly responsive even following the project to help coordinate with my insurance company and provide other documents I need.
