After working on our kitchen reno for months, and we needed some help and we expressed the timeline was super important to us. Dave gave us a reasonable quote and we accepted and booked a time. Dave had to reschedule. We later rebooked and the day before he bumped us another day. The day we confirmed for, he just didn't show up and ghosted us. We tried to contact him multiple times and received no texts or calls.
If he didn't have time for the job, he could have just said so and we have found someone else. Our project has now been delayed by an extra few weeks and we now have to start all over again with another contractor.

As I said numerous times , I can't apologise enough for not getting the job done for you ! As I said, I had a death at home and was unable to travel so I took time off for my own wellbeing and rescheduled twice with you . I was also indeed unreachable for a day but considering the circumstances, most people would understand if I needed a breather and I apologise once again that I didn't get to you when I told you I would .
Unfortunately it wasn't just you who I never made contact with, I just needed a day in peace with not dealing with work issues or anything that would stress me even more , even though I had made a commitment to do the work .
I hope you got a contractor that you were happy with to do the job and I wish you all the best in your new kitchen once you get it completed .
