Pebblecreek Furniture Company

Wow, isn't it refreshing to walk in to a store that is truly LOCAL and whose owner is seriously passionate about what he does!? I believe Pebblecreek is one of these very few manufacturers.

I ordered a chocolate brown hutch for my dinning room and a queen bed equipped with two night stands. The staff in the South Surrey store were incredibly helpful in assisting me to pick out the type of wood and colors I wanted. They even went as far as to call Mark himself down to the store to personally help me DESIGN my hutch to fit perfectly in my awkward dinning room (I have never been offered this sort of service any where else). And wow what a personable guy who cares about what he does and seriously believes in customer service. What other company would do something like that? Not the brick or ikea I'll tell ya that much.

Of course every company has it faults/hiccups in something- pebblecreek is no exception. However, from my experience I really can't say that I believe the negative comments on here have been seriously justified. Nobody's service is ALWAYS perfect, but what I liked about Pebblecreek is that they were always reassuring me, and their staff were kind and respectful (not something you can find in every store these days).

Upon receiving my new pieces I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. One thing about Pebblecreek's furniture is it really stands out in your home. If you're looking for people who really care about what they are building/selling, Pebblecreek is the place for you.
