Cap chimney to prevent bird from re-entering
A serviceman came out the day after we called to report a bird in our chimney. Andy was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain the problem and how he resolved it. He also took photos while he was in the roof so I could see what he had done to seal the chimney. He explained why he was convinced the bird had been able to get out on his own, and how the bird showed up when he was capping the chimney, so in the end, we felt sure the bird was safe and secure in the fact he could not return. All in all an excellent experience.
