Mike was able to accommodate a rush inspection with just one day's notice. We showed up 15 mins early but Chris was already on-site, inspecting the exterior of the home. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that needed work in detail. This was important to us as first-time home buyers. The 65 page PDF report was produced just a few hours after the inspection.
