Technician showed on time, was efficient and courteous, had to make two trips, once to diagnose the issue and the second to install the clutch on our washer once the part came in. Liked that only were charged the one repair cost, and then the part cost on second visit, no matter how many times it would have taken them to fix the issue.
The only issue is that the machine is very loud - not sure if that is normal or not and not sure what the steps are to ask about it.
