The team at Watershed Roofing went above and beyond. I had a delivery truck back into my eavestroughs and damage them. I called Watershed Roofing to see if they quote quote me on the damage to submit to the delivery company. Watershed came very promptly and gave me a quote to submit and make the repair. I asked for a quote to replace the rest of the house as well. It was provided and we accepted the quote to replace all the eavestroughs not just the damaged ones. The work was completed within a week of accepting the quote. All old materials were disposed of and the employees who did the work were very communicative and professional.
Watershed also went above and beyond. When my claim was denied by the delivery company (unfairly denied) I reached out to Watershed to see if a professional testimonial could be written so I could resubmit my claim. Before the end of day I was provided with one.
Overall - Phil and his team are excellent and professional. I never thought eavestroughs could have an impact on the look of a house but they do and they look wonderful - crisp and clean. We also had leaf guard installed so no more cleaning eavestroughs from the large maple in our front yard. I would recommend this company over and over again (in fact I have already).
