Frank is the ultimate professional Home Inspector. Frank is a competent, detail-oriented, hardworking home inspector. He used updated technology to conduct his inspection (a drone as well as infrared technology to identify previous water damage). Frank took the time to suggest small changes in future that I would not have thought of, though these items would have no negative effect on my decision to purchase.
