I am SO thankful that i contacted them. They were able to help me quickly, professionally, and they are very very knowledgeable at what they do. The technician explained all of the various options i had, and what the best would be for me. Communication was excellent, installation was smooth...i immediately called them back to install an air conditioning unit in my home!
