Over the period of a couple of years, we noticed some wet spots in one area of the basement. After contacting Canada Waterproofers, they quickly assessed the issue and provided options on how to deal with the water seeping in through the foundation wall. After choosing our best option, the company quickly and efficiently dealt with the issues. Over the course of a few days, they provided us with updates, showing us the problem areas and explaining how the problems would be fixed, even providing pictures as the work was being done. The workers were courteous and friendly throughout the process. The work was done in the spring of 2020 and we didn't do a review immediately as we wanted
to make sure that there was no more water leaking into the basement. After some heavy rains in the summer and a couple of snow thaws over the winter, we're happy to report that our basement is bone dry. Thanks for a job well done, Canada Waterproofers!!
