Good communication initally, lack of followup & results
Excellent communication to get the initial visit. Poor followup and thus no resolution to problem.
Gas Fireplace wouldn't start properly

Said they would contact me after assessment once they received part
They never followed up with update even after i chased them twice about it over 2 month period.
Would not use them again.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write me a review as I really appreciate feedback as an opportunity to learn and correct issues that are brought to our attention.
Let's check the facts...
1- you called and hired us to do a diagnostic on your fireplace that was not operational which we delivered on and confirmed by your comments above.
2- We informed you that your fireplace was about 20 years old and we might not be able to find replacement parts for it but we will try and source out for you and let you know.
3- We called you back about a week and a half later after exhausting all our fireplace parts suppliers to no avail. We informed you that a part could not be found at this time.
Unfortunately with Covid everything takes longer than we would like but that is just the way things are right not and not in our control.
It's sad that sometimes the customers you do the most for are the least appreciative.
As I said I appreciate the review and perhaps moving forward I will inform customers right away that a part might not be available on older fireplaces so they don't have that expectancy.
