I hired a local company for an inspection and was quoted 3200 for my entire attic which had been left unchecked for years. I was told it was going to take a week. Moldcontrol.ca was our second call. Price was substantially more reasonable and they had the entire job completed in two days with air testing readings after and an attic that looked new. I give all credit to my wife for insisting on a second quote. Saved enough for new rims and tires. Moldcontrol.ca were a good call.
