John was very communicative from the outset. He was great at presenting options and didn't try to bark at you about making a selection (which two other companies did...). He didn't over sell us and actually talked us out of something we didn't need.
When the time came to do the work John showed up on time and was very quick and clean.
We are very happy with the work performed.
