With winter quickly approaching and stuck at home due to COVID-19, I thought it would be nice to repair a working fireplace this winter. After consulting with a few companies, I decided to use Top Hat Chimney to repair my chimney and install a metal liner. Mike from Top Hat Chimney was knowledgeable, explained the process which made me comfortable. Ultimately, I decided to go with Top Hat Chimney, not only because of the reasonable price to repair my chimney but the great customer service.
The work on the chimney was done quickly, the staff was pleasant, and they left my home clean. I am happy I went with them to repair my chimney. Even after the job was done, Mike was still responsive to my inquiries which speaks to their great customer service.
I am so happy that I know it's safe to use my chimney this winter.
